We were listing a unique, 10-acre rural property and knew that it was going to be a challenge to both price and sell. We invited three real estate companies to come and view our property then follow-up with market evaluations to determine an appropriate price and provide input on their marketing and sales plans. We were extremely impressed with Roland's presentation, it was head and shoulders above all the others. He was very thorough in his research and analysis, provided us with an appropriate listing price range but more importantly to us, he shared the same excitement and passion about the beauty of our property that we did. The photographs and property video that were compiled both online and in printed brochures were of the highest quality and really captured the beauty of our home. We were also impressed with the number of open houses Roland was pro-active in holding and how he kept us updated with feedback after showings. We knew the house would be listed for many months due to its uniqueness but Roland worked tirelessly and in the end, had the pleasure of presenting multiple offers to us while we were out of the country on vacation - with no phone! We were so happy with Roland's service that our daughter also listed and sold her property with him.
